Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Dressed ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Dressed is an AI-powered personal styling application that helps users organize their wardrobe and receive outfit recommendations based on weather, occasion, and personal style preferences.
Subscriptions
Dressed offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Premium Monthly: $7.99/month
Pro Annual: $49.99/year
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Free Trial
If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
User Accounts
You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from within the App, under Profile → Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently and irreversibly removes your data and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple through your Apple ID, not by Dressed. To avoid further charges, cancel your subscription separately in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, before deleting your account.
User Content
You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant Dressed a limited license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cristian Ionita and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
Disclaimer
The App provides AI-generated fashion suggestions for informational purposes only. Outfit recommendations are not guaranteed to suit all situations. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cristian Ionita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
