Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not within Dressed. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select Dressed, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
I was charged but premium features aren't unlocking.
First, open Dressed and pull down to refresh on the Profile screen — this re-syncs your subscription status. If features still don't unlock, force-quit and reopen the app. Still nothing? Email us with your Apple ID receipt and we'll restore access manually within hours.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find your Dressed purchase, and request a refund. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. In Dressed, open Profile → Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be recognized automatically.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Dressed, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm, and all your wardrobe items, photos, preferences, and account data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Why do you ask for camera and photo library access?
To photograph clothing items for your wardrobe. Photos are stored privately, associated only with your account. We never share, sell, or use them for any purpose beyond providing you outfit recommendations.
Is Dressed available on Android?
Not yet. We're focused on making the iOS experience excellent first. If you'd like to be notified when Android arrives, email us — we keep a list.
Does Dressed work without an internet connection?
Most features (browsing your wardrobe, viewing saved outfits) work offline. AI features — outfit generation, the Stylist chat, and inspiration — require connectivity.
What if I find a bug?
Please tell us! Email support@dressed-app.com with: a description of what happened, your iPhone model, your iOS version, and a screenshot if possible. The more detail, the faster we can fix it.
